CSI 9.01.12 on prem. Windows Server 2016, SQL Server 2014.
I'm encountering something weird, and could use some user feedback. Our production environment seems to be running fine right now. I was asked to refresh our staging environment with production data to allow users to better test new features. I followed my standard refresh procedure and loaded in the data. The only addition to the process this time, was I deployed a new Form and UET for a customization. As a result, I ran View Management, Replication Management, and Trigger Management to make sure the UET was fully visible. After doing this, a UET on the Job Material Transactions form reporting missing. Nothing I've done to try and remedy this appears to be working.
The only thing I did notice is a customization was done I was not involved with did some IDO extensions in a weird way. They extended a Doc-Trak IDO to add fields, and when I tried this before Lake Co told me not to do that. I was told to break the Doc-Trak IDO inheritance, then extend & replace the base IDO. After that, reintroduce the Doc-Trak IDO extension.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I can try to do and figure out why my CSI install thinks the UET isn't there when it is?
