Tracking unpaid co-op students

We want to track our unpaid coop students in Lawson but because we wont be paying them we wont be collecting SSN/SIN numbers or any other information to create an employee ID in Lawson. Do any of you use any other screen to track this type of information (name, division, school, etc) in Lawson?
