We have a request from our carriers to pass through contact details so that they can reach out to the customer if there is a delay trying to ship the parcel or the customer is unavailable. This is mainly for our direct to consumer business but also applies to B2B.
Our B2B orders will be to a specific address defined in OIS002 but for DTC orders, we are using order level addresses (OIS102) against a generic customer account in CRS610 (we do not create a separate customer # for every DTC order).
In our On-Prem Version (13.4), there is not a field for email address in either OIS002 or OIS102.
I'm interested if the Cloud Version has a field for email address on the address tables and if not how can we capture an email address at the order level?
