dEPM not functioning after the latest update, stray dimension created with every reload - URGENT

Project manager is the stray dimension created in our instance and it is added back with every reload.

We are at a standstill right now , unable to run Account analysis or TB reports. Account analysis lists 0$ n summary even though transactions are clearly listed.

Are you experiencing the issue as well? Have you been able to remedy it?

Yes, this cropped up July 2nd or 3rd. it seems to have resolved itself.  when I discovered it, the Project dimension UniqueName had been renamed from [GLTOT_Project] to [GLTOT_ProjectManager]. I searched all scripts and logfiles, none had been modified. When I returnedfrom holiday on the 5th, the issue was gone.
