For organizations that use Employee Enrollment Updates:
When you create the report, and then select "process changes" - does the action update both your enrollment records and your eligibility records? I've noticed that eligibility records don't get updated for us when submitting Process Changes (I don't choose Update Immediately on the initial report because I like to review the records before).
I've submitted a ticket, but I thought I'd get a quicker answer from the communities site - and I will probably submit an enhancement request if eligibility records aren't supposed to be updated under "process changes."
