Benefit plan - Benefit group - Work Assignment group

Good day, 

I am experiencing issues with creating a benefit plan, as it requires work assignment group to be added on benefit group, which needs then to be referenced on the benefit plan during setup. Custom group has been added and is showing as active with work assignment business class. However, it still cannot be referenced when creating new benefit group. 

Everywhere i look on Infor Library, the documentation is referencing benefit group in one way or the other, however, there is no information about the work assignment group which is required to create a benefit group.

Hi Olga,

Couple things to check if you haven't already. 

Ensure the HCMGroupBenefits subject is added to your custom group.

Add the custom group to the Benefit Groups by navigating to Benefits > Set Up > Groups > Benefit Groups. Click create, then name your benefit group and search for the work assignment group and click save.

These two items should make your group viewable in the benefit plan.
