Global Function for Decoding XML Result Strings

Quick Question and was wondering if anyone knew if this actually exists in FACTS 7.7.

When encoding a xml request I use the fn%xmltag() to encode special characters such as &,>, and

& into &
< into <
> into >

I know you can use a lengthy sub() function in providex/pxplus but I wanted to see if anyone knew if a global function in FACTS already existed.
