Event system Email options

We have added a notify event, created a global constant with two end-user email addresses. The event system only emails to the first recipient no matter what we do, the address is a good email address of an end user in the company. Is it possible to email 2 personal?

Yes, I'm doing it here. Are your addresses separated by a semicolon?

Yes i have it set up that way with no space. so qqqq@heloo.com;rrrr@heloo.com

Are you able to look at the email logs on the servers to see if there's anything there? To me, it looks like you did everything correct.

If only...we moved one of sites to the cloud, just so happens to be this one. Not a fan at this point.

Couple things to help troubleshooting.
Notify only works with users and not email addresses. Are you sending email or notify?
Did you try without using the Global Constant to see if you can specify the 2 users to receive the notification?
If you're using the Notify you can check to the SyteLine Inbox form to see if it's just the email part that's failing.
The Event Status form should be throwing an error if one is happening, have you checked it?
