Hi Avery - in dispatch policy MWS010 there are parameters 540 and 545 where fields can be selected to split or consolidate deliveries. This works OK when the item which requires own delivery is only once on the order.
We make an exception for these items in DRS011, but this is not ideal. You need a separate route per place and if you add a new place, you need to remember to add the exceptions for the combination place/item in DRS011.
