Issues while downloading Microsoft word add in

Hi,

I am trying to download DocgenEditor.zip from IDM Control Center - Development > Downloads > Output Management Word Add-In. It keeps on giving me network error. Tried several things, nothing worked so far. Has anyone faced same issue? 

Also, I am trying to setup email distribution list on IDM. I believe my M3 side settings are good, but when I print, I am getting below error.

[Error cause is: One of the specified documents could not be found in IDM. 400 Bad Request Caused by: {"error":{"areaCode":"ICR144","area":"ICR","code":
"DOCUMENT_PRIORITY_LIST","message":"The document could not be retrieved.","detail":"Could not find any matching document in priority list "}},"

I can't speak to your list error, but I will caution that the latest version of the word add-in had issues in it.  I had to revert to the older one.  Perhaps it's been fixed, but I have not heard of such.  I would stick to your current version if you have one.
