When an item expires in M3, can we change it from status 2 to status 1 or 3 automatically?
I found this information regarding the deprecation of CRS999, It may be helpful
Abstract:
'Night Run. Start' (CRS999) has now been deprecated.
Previously scheduled (CRS999) jobs have been removed from 'Job Schedule Entry. Update' (SHS010).
Background:
The old 'Night Run. Start' (CRS999) has some limitations, for example all jobs cannot be controlled, individual jobs are always run in sequence, updates are always done cross companies, etc. In 'System Maintenance. Open' (SHS100), these limitations have been addressed, for example you can divide the run into separate groups, you can make selections on company/division level, some jobs can be ran in parallel, and you can get both notifications and a history log of the jobs.
When (SHS100) was created, no restrictions were added in (CRS999).
Yes,
I think now SHS100 need to be used as
Then in SHS030, create this
and now run SHS100
Select the schedule and done
Hi Veegee,
We have a CRS999 scheduled job that runs just after midnight with the "Chk expired bal" and "Rcls lot" ticked. It will change the expired lots to status 3.
Thanks Zayra.
Could you please further elaborate if any item level setting is to be done for such items?
Also please let me know what needs to be entered in "Job" field in SHS030/E as highlighted below.
The job is CAS950CL
No other item settings are required.
SHS035 can be left blank:
Hi Zayra
I've done all the set-up as advised by you but I didn't get a chance/option anywhere to tick "Chk expired bal" and "Rcls lot" .
Where do we get these options for ticking?
Did you open CRS999?
Just note that it will probably run once you click "Next" as your setting in SHS030is set to "JS Allowed=1".
I'm using cloud version and this program is not valid in this version. Refer below snip.
What could be the alternate to this?
Which version are you using ?
