Welcome back to our report deep dive – this week we are diving into our Scorecard report! The scorecard is a visual representation of the underlying profile and how the candidate aligns to each characteristic for the position you are considering the candidate for. This report is a comprehensive tool that provides deep insights into your candidates' strengths, competencies, and areas for development.
You'll notice that all the headings on the report are sortable! You can view the characteristics by competency grouping or sort them by weight, helping you prioritize which traits to focus on for interviews and future coaching and development. A unique feature of this report is that it provides definitions for all the characteristics in one place. Simply click the forward play button next to any characteristic to gain more detailed insights.
As we move to the right on the report, you’ll notice the continuum itself is clickable. Clicking on each quadrant of the continuum will provide more insights to that section and what are certain traits you’ll see if someone falls in that range.
Reviewing this report may take some extra time, but it's incredibly helpful in identifying a great fit for the role you're filling and provides valuable insights for future coaching and development sessions.
