Infor OS - Name - Where does this come from?

We have an employee who had a name change.  Her name change was updated in Active Directory, LSF & LMK security and IFS security.  But the name is still incorrectly displaying in the Infor OS framing of Lawson in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.  Does anyone know where this is displaying from and how to get it fixed?

for the Portal, it originates in the First Name / Last Name of Security User properties.  

How that is populated varies by configuration of your IdP, Landmark and potentially other processes you use.
