We are using LN and HCM. Both these documents are going to IDM. As IDM-User role, HCM employee can see LN documents. Where can we need to control this.
How we can set, user security for each document type.

In the IDM control center on the document type definition you can edit the current Access Control List (ACL), or create a custom one. On the ACL you can limit access by role.
The highest level is Document Type Filter in IDM Control Center. Once this is set, you can further define document access by the ACL, as Andy has previously stated.
IDM Private Space (HCM) - I can navigate and view the settings for the ACL but can't add. I can add on the IDM (FSM) side. What security role(s) do I need to create or edit a rule on the HCM side? Or is there something else to enable?
