Potential issue with Opera and Outlook after a Win11 update

We've found on three sites now that when a user emails a single report or document using the Publisher > Email tab that Opera locks after the 2nd or 3rd one.

We've managed to resolve this by uninstalling the following update:

"2024-07 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5040527)"

Anyone else having this issue?

Hi John, we had issues with KB5040442 a couple of weeks back but only at certain sites over a range of OS's and Office versions. Opera & Outlook both become unresponsive and you need to endtask Opera.exe to continue

We had an issue with this last week, and uninstalling that update resolved it for us as well

We weren't aware of the KB5040442, only the KB5040527.
