When resolving errors in the EDI work queue, the form only presents the translation of the EDI transaction. It is almost always necessary to view the original EDI transaction to resolve the issue.
Currently that involves parsing information from the translation, opening another tab, and searching for the transaction.
The error resolution process would go much more quickly if the form included a link to the associated EDI transaction. We tried to do this using Personalization but could not.
