We have set up a process to pull in new hire data to the applicant form from our applicant tracking system (Monster). The process pulls the new hire file from the ATS system into a Lawson directory where we use PA531 to move the data into PA31.1. However, we're not clear on how to handle rehires who come through the applicant tracking system. Any suggestions? What have you done? (we are currently on V9.012 moving to V10 later this year)
