Did you know that you can include company information in HR Knowledgebase Analytics & Reports?
Many large organizations comprise several companies, subsidiaries, or business units.
When HR Knowledgebase users' profiles include a name in the Company field, administrators can sort, export, and assess analytics reports based on the results in the Company column.

Adding the Company Column to Reports: Steps
Contact your HRSD Advisor (Customer Success Manager (CSM)) to request the Company column for all relevant analytics’ reports across the board on your HR Knowledgebase portal.

Administrators can use reports' Company column to interpret and identify each business unit's employee usage and concerns, and even the information they tend to ignore.
Noting such trends helps HR to strategize, adjust, and tailor its message and content per company for the best results.

What information do employees seek most? Expand on these topics.

What are employees looking for lately? Make additions and updates ASAP. Add links to the Announcements and Bulletins widgets.

• User Login
How often are employees using your portal? Open Enrollment is a given. Promoting perks, programs, and activities on the Home page attracts users.
• Usage by Month
When do employees access the portal most and least each month? Update your content just before the traffic glut.
• Usage by Time of Day
Which hours do users visit most? Post crucial alerts and delete obsolete content beforehand.
• Sign In As Report
Who logged in and when? Track individual users' access and metrics for successful and failed login attempts over time.

How often do employees login? Discover which individuals login most and least often.
