The New Infor Customer Portal currently has only four case statuses: New, Open, Resolved, and Awaiting Info. It is suggested to reintroduce the following statuses for greater clarity: - Solution Pending Maintenance - Solution Proposed - Awaiting Infor - Researching - Awaiting Development - Task Pending Scheduling Additionally, the status previously known as Awaiting Customer, which was more distinct and less likely to be confused with Awaiting Infor, should be reconsidered. Awaiting Infor indicates that a response from INFOR is pending.
