We have reviewed a lot of reports all focused on the tools for the recruiter and hiring manager. What about the candidate? A nice way to say thank you for taking the time to complete the assessment as part of the application process is to send them some insight based off of their responses to the assessment.
The “All About You” report, if active for your organization, is sent to the candidate once they complete the assessment. Not only does it provide the candidate with their individual behavioral preferences based on their responses to the assessment, but it helps them to prepare for a more meaningful conversation during the interview.
