PurgeCompletedRequests

Good day,

We have noticed that some of the completed action requests have disappeared.

There is a PurgeCompletedRequests which seems to have been activated and scheduled since August 2019. It also seems to have been auto purging the triggers history longer than 60 days.

We are not sure why this has been activated and if this is a standard async job. Is there any way to get the lost action requests trail at this point (which is necessary for our company's audits).

I only find a PurgeCompletedRequests for DbImportRequests BC. I do see both Purge and PurgeWithDeletedRecords actions on the ActionRequest BC. Could you check your scheduled Async Requests for the ActionRequest BC? I ask ask Purge has a param on it to "PhysicallyDelete" or not.

This action request has been inactivated in PRD immediately on the day when it has been discovered.

The business class is DBImportRequest. Parameters box is greyed out and cannot be viewed.

So DBImportRequest's PurgeCompletedRequests doesn't have anything to do with "noticed that some of the completed action requests have disappeared".

I also don't see that DBImportRequest's PurgeCompletedRequests is a Maintenance Request, a system request from Infor that has a preset schedule.

That Parameters button would show gray/disabled like that if you are viewing the Action Request from the wrong application. For example it's an HRT request, but you in in FSM looking at it. So essentially check the DataArea on the request and are you in that application when you nav into Async Admin?
