As part of our company's rollout of Infor Syteline, we are looking to use the IDM as a place to store our work instructions / standard operating procedure documents as it ticks a lot of our boxes when it comes to transparency with the document history, version control etc.
To that end, while the frequent users of the IDM can easily navigate to find the documents they are looking for, what would be useful to less frequent users would be to have a simplified format of this e.g. a table of contents style interface or a directory with a custom folder structure.
This would make this much more navigable for our co-workers who won't frequently use the system.
If there is no way of doing this with the IDM, alternative suggestions are also welcome!
