Which resellers are you using for HeartCode BLS ACLS and PALS (AHA) courses? And, have you had any technical issues with them?

We are utilizing the Life Support Certification programs that are offered by the American Red Cross. Their blended learning courses are offered through the HealthStream Learning Managements system and we access these courses by housing them as a SCORM package on our Infor LMS.
Hi! We purchase HeartCode (AHA) from RQI Partners. We utilize all three, BLS, ACLS and PALS. For the most part they work smoothly. We have had a couple of issues with renewals that we have had to work through, but they are currently all functioning appropriately. We require AHA certifications, so we had to move to RQI.

I have not seen any major issues and overall this works smoothly. The learners also have provided positive regarding these courses as they are adaptive in nature.
