Leavers Report - Infor HR Talent

Can anyone advise where I can find information how the GHR Leavers report is created out of the box please?

For example, what are the parameters that will place for example a Terminated employee on the Leavers report?

I received the following information from Infor several years ago.

 

Turnover Analysis Data Processing Details

 

The system reads through all work assignment records and finds those that were updated within the Create Resource Turnover Data Process Date and Time parameters. Any future effective changes are not processed, regardless of the dates entered.

 

When a work assignment is found that was updated within the specified date range, all existing Turnover Data records for that Employee/Work Assignment are deleted, and all audit entries for the employee and work assignment are processed again.   The process reads the Work Assignment and Employee audit data and looks for Action Tags.  If an action tag is found, a record is created in the TurnoverData business class and assigned a 'Turnover Type'.

 

The following is the criteria for adding an Action Tag to the audit data.

 

1. Starters (designed to include new hires and rehires); TurnoverType = 1
   1. (new hire) Hire action in Talent Acquisition
   2. (new hire) Hire Resource action in Global HR
   3. (new hire) ‘Create’ or ‘AddWorkAssignment’ Global HR action used to create the first work assignment for a Resource. The resource must also have been created with the same effective date as the first work assignment record. The Resource could have been created with the ‘Create’ action in Global HR or it could have been loaded using the Employee Import program.
   4. (new hire) First work assignment for a Resource was created using the Work Assignment Import program. The resource must also have been created with the same effective date as the first work assignment record. The Resource could have been created using the ‘Create’ action in Global HR or it could have been created using the Employee Import program.
   5. (rehire) Rehire action in Talent Acquisition with either the option to create a new Work Assignment or update an existing work assignment. The action must also include a change to the Resource Start Date or Adjusted Start Date.
   6. (rehire) Rehire action in Global HR with either the option to create a new Work Assignment or update an existing work assignment. The action must also include a change to the Resource Start Date or Adjusted Start Date.

 

2. Transfers (Changes to Organization Unit, Direct Supervisor, Indirect Supervisor, Location, Job, Position, Pay Rate, Step and Grade Schedule, Pay Grade, Pay Step, Salary Structure, Salary Structure Grade or Geographic Differential); Turnover Type = 2
   1. ‘Create’ or ‘AddWorkAssignment’ Global HR action used to create a work assignment for a Resource that is not the first work assignment. The ‘Set As Primary Work Assignment’ action must also have been run with the same effective date to make this the primary work assignment.
   2. Any of the following list of actions performed on a primary work assignment that change any of these fields: Organization Unit, Position, Job, Location, Direct Supervisor, Indirect Supervisor, Pay Rate, Pay Rate Currency, Step and Grade Schedule, Pay Grade, Pay Step, Salary Structure, Salary Structure Grade, Geographic Differential Code.

The list of actions includes:

‘Update’ action performed on the work assignment

‘Update’ done through the Work Assignment Import program

‘Update’ done to a work assignment via a change to a Job or Position and Job or Position default rules are ‘Default No Override’

 Promote

 Transfer

 Change Pay Rate

Any other action that caused a change to the primary work assignment; For example, Mass Pay Rate Calculation action that updates pay rates.

c. ‘Inactivate Work Assignment’ action performed on a primary Work Assignment and there was another work assignment made primary effective that same day.

 

3. Leavers (Terminations); TurnoverType = 3
   1. ‘Terminate’ action performed on a Resource record. The action must change the Relationship Status to something that is set to Inactivate the Work Assignment.
   2. ‘Change Relationship To Organization’ action performed on a Resource record. The action must change the Relationship Status to something that is set to Inactivate the Work Assignment.
   3. ‘Inactivate Work Assignment’ action performed on a primary Work Assignment. There must be no other work assignment made primary effective that same day as the other one was inactivated.
   4. ‘Update’ performed on the Resource record that changes the Relationship Status to something that is set to Inactivate the Work Assignment.
