We have an issue where starting in May, the Syteline Service mobile app started uploading files (in some instances) as PNG instead of JPG's. PNG files are much larger and cannot be added as email attachments in most cases due to their size. We have an AES process to email the mobile app files, but it fails when it has a PNG. Does anyone know of a way to use AES to create an ION Document Flow to take these files, put them into a PDF document and then return them to the AES event handler? Anyone think of a better solution for this?
