IPA ReferenceError is not defined with it's own Landmark Transaction Node property

I am currently working on an interface where I am trying to use the error code to create a number values of all the records that got processed but it throws an error. Here is log of one of my recent runs

Your variable is getting lost when Landmark processes the wait node.  From the documentation:

Variables can be "persistent," meaning they continue to be available throughout the execution of a process or "non-persistent," meaning they are not available after certain events, such as a user action or wait event, occur.

You can test for it prior to the wait, or you could add an assign node and assign it to a persistent variable named on the Start node (which would be available after the wait node), but it is getting unset during the wait now.  The same thing would happen if you had a User Action node.
