LP - Eligibility Begin Date

We are in process of testing our new SICK plans for the Seattle and Portland Sick Time ordinances. Part of the set up involves either a 90 or 180 day wait period before accruals become available for use. In testing, we are seeing enrollees have accrual each cycle and those are added to their 'accrued available balance'. When they reach their eligibility date ... during that payroll cycle we see the 'current accrual' transfer to the available balance however we are not seeing 'all the previous accruals' transfer to the available balance. Has anyone encountered this type of issue? or thoughts around resolution? Does anyone have a similar set up (which includes a wait period) that would be willing to share or willing to discuss?

We have a holiday plan with a 6-month waiting period. What do you have in the Occurrence field on the Eligibility Rule (LP03.3)? Ours is set to 99. Once the waiting period is satisfied, all Accrued hours are transferring to the Available balance.

We have stores in all 50 states and are constently setting up new PTO plans for the latest city / state to inact one. Attached is are setup for these 2. And no what you are expieriencing is not normal. With the Eligibility set to 99 and either a 90 or 180 day wait all accrued hours should move over once the wait period is satisfied. I consulted for Lawson for 8 yrs and LP was my speciality and I don't recall ever seeing the behavior as you describe. Obviously search the KB, perhaps you are on an older version?

We use a 90-day wait from adjusted hire date and here is our Eligibility rule. Try this one..

The version of LP140 that we are using is: LP140PD 92.
For those who are successfully seeing the previously accrued hours moving to available hours after the eligibility begin date passes, can you possibly tell me what version of LP140 you are running?
Also, if anyone is willing to share their LP201, for your plan set up, that would be great!!

We are running LP140PD 97.1.6 so you are a bit behind. I've attached screen shots of the key rules to hopefully get you going. Of course your policy determines some of the parameter settings on these rules so our set up may not apply to yours. Good Luck!
