In the New Year we are outsourcing administration of some of our Benefits. The vendor wants to supply us with a weekly update of data for those plans. We still want to maintain the plan information in our Benefits system so that S3 payroll can be fed deduction and other information.
Is the best approach to use an IPA to perform the weekly update from the vendor or is there a tool native to the system that can do this update.
