RichText editor conversion issue

Hello -

We've entered Position Descriptions in the Position business class using certain formatting like ordered lists and unordered lists through the RichText text area in the Responsibilites and Other Information fields. But when we view them, the formatting like indentation goes away, and it looks really different from what we've entered. When we try to Print to PDF, it is causing the same issue. It just looks terrible. Is anyone else facing the same issue?

Any help would be appreciated!

I don't have a solution but yes, it happens to us as well. JobPostings, approval flows to managers, etc. Anywhere where we have a RichText field (custom or delivered), any formatting that we try to copy-paste into the field get messed up. If we wipe the formatting and do it all within the RichText's options, it looks fine in Infor but then flows to downstream applications and looks bad, too.

The best results we've had (still imperfect) is to do formatting within an HTML generator online, then flip the GHR RichText box from "Visual" to "HTML" and paste the HTML code in.
