Lawson security printers

I am putting in Lawson security. I have added a printer class and put it in a role. But when I try to open a report to view then to print. I get 'could not open output work file' . He can get to some reports that use his default printer. He does have security to the report, he ran it.

Make sure that you have access to Batch Role, that has a number of .exe's that relate to Print Manager access. All of our Users have access to the Batch Role variations (dependent upon Application). We have created an Environment Security Class which is attached to all Security Roles.
