Infor currently does not provide us with many tools to manage contract line priority. Here at Froedtert we use contract priority to drive the correct cost based on GPO/Local. If one contract is GPO A then all of the lines are assigned a 5, if they another contract is GPO B then then all of the lines are assigned a 3 and so-on. This way pricing pulls from the desired GPO contract. It's a great feature to use!
The problem comes in when we have to initially set the contract priority or change the priority on the contract lines. It is always extract the data and the do an ISD upload. There needs to be a more efficient way of doing this.
1.) We need an option on the contract and interface contract to "Update Lines Priority" which would give the option to update the priority on all of the contract lines.
2.) On the "Create New Interface Contract" form - we need an option to set priority.
