Our Travel Office is constantly working to ensure that expense reports are completed in a timely manner. One of the barriers is that users can set filters that prevent incomplete reports from displaying in My Documents and Documents for Review.
ER 112299 suggests adding an app parameter to XM that will force incomplete expense reports to always display in My Documents and Documents for Review, regardless of the user's filter settings.
