Ensuring that expense reports are completed in a timely manner is a constant battle for our Travel Office. They frequently use the Document Management module of the Admin Tool in the process of reviewing and approving reports.
Adding a sortable Create Date column to the search results would allow them to easily sort and identify incomplete reports by age, without having to take the time to open each report. Additionally, incomplete reports should always display at the top of the results list, regardless of the sort criteria chosen by the user.
