We have created a new enhancement request to be able to overship the orders (CO) in M3. In the current system, Over shipment of stock is not processed in M3, and as a result it holds up the customer's invoice.
For ex: Two orders are soft allocated and released for pick. Order A - 50 Order B - 50 .
However, warehouse decides to send 100 pieces via order A. When the file is processed through M3, it cannot dispatch that extra 50 pieces because it's already allocated to order B. We would the system to be able to process as below:
Order A-100
Order B-0.
Currently, this is manually fixed by adjusting the quantity and process the order further.
