We use MHC for invoice images and utilize their browser extension to view these links within various Lawson screens.
Has anyone experienced an issue with the MHC image links displaying in a sporadic, inconsistent manner? There is no pattern to the problem; it's not just happening to one user, or on one screen, or for certain documents.
Examples:
- Links are displayed for one invoice and not for another on the same screen.
- A link for the same invoice is visible on one screen, and not on another screen.
- An image link for a document on one screen is available to one user, and not available to another user for the same document on the same screen.
A refresh sometimes helps, but not always.
We have exhausted MHC's assistance, and they claim it is being caused by something in our environment. We did upgrade from an Oracle 12 server to Oracle 19 this year, but have made no changes to our version of Lawson (10.0.8).
