Benefit Step Enrollment View Error for Employee Open Enrollment

PSH has enabled the new Responsive Benefit Step Enrollment for life events.  It has been working well. 

For the 2025 Open Enrollment, all configuration updates to plans have been completed in TST and tested from the Benefit Administrator role.  When testing the Benefit Enrollment OE link for employees to enroll, the old enrollment screens show but with the new 2025 plan details.  

We have reviewed all notes from Infor, our set-up notes and the benefits admin guide and we are not finding what is needed to open the "Responsive Step Enrollment" for the 2025 Open Enrollment.

Could it be related to security for the Employee role or a navigational url?

It sounds like the lpl is pointing toward the XiBenefitsEnrollmentNav action instead of the new SurveyEnrollmentIntroductionNav action.  I had this issue when we were first testing the step enrollment process last year.
