With the onboarding process electronic due Transition Management in HR Talent, HR has teams coming to them from other areas in the company asking if they can do the same things with other forms/documents so that this information can be attached to the employees. A form would be taking the paper and changing it to electronic document with logos and required fields. A document would be scanning a document that has already been completed and sending it around to all parties to review, sign and date that they agree. Doing all this within the software - HR Talent and associating it with the employee.
We are sure that other companies have forms/documents outside of the transition process that need to be passed around signed and dated where options like this would be helpful and keep this information in the software and one place find it.
The great thing about the Transition process is that very little IPA development is needed if any at all so anyone could set this up for these other teams. We are hoping that Infor considers this to help customers do more within the HR Talent offering.
