MSCM 10.1.5 Installation on Windows 2012

Has anyone installed MSCM 10.1.5 on Windows Server 2012 with WebSphere 8.5.5.4 ?

We have tried multiple times and cannot seem to get by the following errors. We have scoured the mscm.filter.properties, mscm.lhc.properties, and mscm.ios.properties and believe we have everything correct in these files?

Here is the end of the install log of the error. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Windows 2012 Server right, not Windows 2012 R2. Because R2 is not yet supported. Assuming yes, then have you logged a case?
