Multiselect Data Services Experience Designer

Hi,

I am looking at KB2323587. This shows that there is a multiselect option for some data services. In the example they use PPS170MI - UpdPOP.
I am not seeing this option to enable multiselect on my end. Is there a setting that I need to turn on to enable this?

I think it has to be a List API for that option to be there.
