Windows 10 On-Prem/Windows
Have had Grainger punchout for years - no problem. Added Amazon about months ago. Amazon reported after a month of go-live that the deployment-type was coming over on the orders as "test". We changed the rqc_config.xml file to say "production" and no matter what we did (including refreshing RQC Cache, etc) - it still kept going over as "test". Infor had us try a couple things but they didn't work. Infor then let me know that this is a bug and they are going to release a patch in 4/2025. Unfortunately, Amazon will start rejecting our orders as of 12/1/2024 if the deployment type isn't state "production". Infor suggested a work around - Add an RQ95 record, that has "P" for deployment and then do the "Sync" special action and try again. That seemed to work - I had a user go to Amazon via punchout twice after the change and she was able to with no issues. Starting about 1/2 hour later, nobody can get to Amazon Punchout. They get a "error code 401 For URL" error message. We deleted the RQ95 record, resynced and cleared RQC cache - they are still getting the same error. The users are getting very frustrated not be able to enter orders, and Amazon is extremely slow at responding and Infor is trying to help as well. But I didn't know if anyone else ever had this issue. Thanks in advance, Laura
