We need to configure client email ID for the FROM address ,of the emails generated from HCM . Can any one guide us what need to be do. We did SMTP configuration in Infor Concierge. but still client is not receiving emails.
Based on your question, I am guessing that you need to configure one (or more) of your workflows in IPA (Infor Process Administration). Are the emails generated from a particular workflow? Are you (or someone you are working with) familiar with Infor Process Designer (IPD) to modify delivered workflows from Infor?

SMTP configuration in Infor Concierge (presumably CSSP or the CloudSuite Self Service Portal) is for setting up an alternate SMTP server, if you are not choosing to use the server delivered with your Infor application.
Typically, for HCM workflows that end up sending emails, the workflow will be configured with a "from" address that resembles something like do-not-reply@mycompany.com. Here is the documentation for that--docs.infor.com/.../default.html
For a workflow to have a "from" address for a real person (unless you are OK with the do-not-reply sender), you'd have to dig in to the workflow with IP Designer to code a "from" address into the workflow itself.
It sounds like @lavanya-kannan configured their own SMTP server in CSSP.
We have also tried to configure the from address in flow... but the client is not receiving the email.. Its blocked in server.. They want to receive email without whitelisting in its server..
SMTP configuration is available for specific HCM tenant? Do we need this setups?
