We need to configure client email ID for the FROM address ,of the emails generated from HCM . Can any one guide us what need to be do. We did SMTP configuration in Infor Concierge. but still client is not receiving emails.

Are you referring to emails generated by HCM or emails generated by Infor Process Automation.The "from" address in emails sent by Infor Process Automation can be defined in many places; there is a system property, and every single flow that sends emails could set the "from" email.But HCM itself will generate email outside of IPA as well, and if you are talking about those you should reach out to the Landmark Runtime Environment team; as I believe they set the default "from" address
