Hello all,
While I have an incident open with Infor, I wanted to see if any others of the Early Adopters are experiencing this in PRD. We did not see this in our testing in Pre-Prod or our TRN tenant.
We switched to JSON in PRD on Oct 30th. Since then we have seen the postback log come back as JSON and XML. XML is still returning in the PostBack on most records coming back from Symmetry.
Is anyone else, who has enabled JSON in PRD, able to check their Post Back log? See the steps below to validate if you have the same issue. These helps to see the issue in a list vs having to open 1 postback at at time
Validate if issue exists:
Integration Architect / Symmetry / Symmetry Postback
Personalize the list and add the following fields:
PostbackXMLDocument
PostbackJSONDocument
The list automatically sorts by most recent first. You will see if all entries since turning on JSON are still JSON or coming back XML.
