How to Enable the new RSS-LPL

Hi All,

The New RSS-LPL went GA this 2024.10 Release. I wanted to share these screenshots for you to enable it from the Requester Level or the Inventory Company level.

From Requester Profile Level:

1. Navigate to Requester Profile:

• Go to the "Requester Profile" section within the Requester Role.
• Locate the "Allow Requisition Self Service LPL" option.

2. Set Enable Toggle in Requester Profile:

• Ensure the "Allow Requisition Self Service LPL" option is set to "Yes.“
• This toggle enables the use of the new RSS LPL for the specific requester.

From Inventory Company Level:

1. Navigate to Inventory Company:

• Go to the “Inventory Companies“ menu item under the “Groups and Companies” section within the Supply Management Administrator Role.
• Locate the "Allow Requisition Self Service LPL" option within the “Main” tab.

2. Set Enable Toggle in Requester Profile:

• Ensure the "Allow Requisition Self Service LPL" option is set to "Yes.“
• This toggle enables the use of the new RSS LPL across the inventory company.

The Requisition Self Service LPL Menu should now be accessible in the Requester Role.
