Just reaching out to see if anyone else has ever experienced this.
I recently implemented Document Management for a customer on Opera3 VFP which has been working great.
However, they have come across on a handful of records (all Helpdesk Calls) where the icon shows on the record there is a captured document but when you go to retrieve there is nothing there?
When I run the Audit Trail and Captured Documents report it shows there was a document captured and when I look in the SQL Database table : dbo.Information_Library I can see the record and it's associated WEI reference which also exists in the Archive folder under the company data folder.
Anyone any ideas what could cause this? Is there just a link missing somewhere between the WEI file and the record?
