Need HR Writer Report Assistance

I realize not many use this tool, but I need a report of seniority per employee per job code. I cannot figure out how to write this report. 

Some employees have worked many jobs so I will need to know how long they worked in each job capacity. Any ideas?

Dusting off a few of my brain cells, I recall that if you pick the H mode to do history, one of the choices for the topic is "HI" (Employee History) which - on the detail selection I think - allows you pick fields that would essentially pull from HR54.  So as long as it's storing history (see HR10), then all data viewable in HR54 would be reportable using this feature.  You may have to calc the seniority once you dump it to CSV, but that would be easy once you have the people and dates by job.
