Hi everyone,
We're implementing LN 10.8 on-prem. I noticed that it stopped allowing customized items in the E-item/Item relationships. This used to work in BaanIV and earlier versions of LN before they introduced the 'job shop by site' (which we are using).
Infor's official answer is 'If job shop by site is implemented, customized items are not allowed to be linked to engineering items.' This makes no sense as far as I'm concerned.
We will have to build a customization to get around this.
I am writing this to give everyone a heads up and to see if you agree that Infor's answer makes no sense.
