Please consider endorsing ER 114224! Every CU, we spend hours maintaining custom security roles that hide sensitive HR data. We'd love to have this as a configurable feature on security roles instead!

SummaryCreate a configurable feature that can be activated per security role to hide sensitive HCM info per HROrganization. On the HROrganization, there should be a Configuration for sensitive data where we could select what fields we would like to hide (e.g. SSN, PayRate/Compensation, Birthdate). Screenshots attached to ER.
Business Impact:
Currently, we need to create custom security roles and securityclasses to hide sensitive data. This would eliminate the need for custom securityclasses that hide sensitive info and allow us to use delivered roles. One example - we needed to create a view-only HRGeneralist role that hides sensitive information.
Workaround:
Several custom securty roles and securityclasses that require hours of maintenance with every CU.
