Within the Employee Relations space there is no place to track RFIs (Request For Information). These are requests that come in from Attorneys, Unions, Representatives from other entities, etc. There should be a way to track the requests, the data being pulled, the due date to render the request, the status (Open, Closed), the ability to connect this to a Coaching, Corrective Action, or a Grievance, and finally, the ability to click send and it connect to Outlook and allows for emailing of gathered documentation to be sent from Infor. Or, to request information from an EE in conjunction with an ongoing investigation, or performance issue.
These requests can be linked to an existing Grievance, Corrective Action or Coaching. It will allow the HRBP to keep track of the aging requests, run reports of completed requests, and track repeats for statistical reporting based on Union Group. Tracking requests sent to EEs for information needed to complete an investigation will give insight on trends within a dept/union group.
