We've setup a event based alert in CMS045/047 for table CIDMAS (CRS620). An event should be triggered when a specific supplier's phone number is changed but I see no record created in CRS420.
- Event based messages have been activated in CRS424.
- The M3 user and his email address that will receive the event and email is setup in CRS111 (email type 04) and in CRS427.
- I've restarted the CMS911 job multiple times after the event was setup and active.
Our expectation is that 1) a record should be created in CRS420 2) an email should be sent to the receiver and 3) a BOD should be generated in OneView due to settings on the alert.
Does anyone know what we might have missed? FYI we are running M3 single tenant.
